SCREEN PRINTING

Got specific questions?

What is the minimum order quantity for screen printing?

For screen printing, our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Because screen printing requires setup for each color and garment size, this threshold lets us provide consistent results and efficient production without compromising finish or turnaround.

What file formats do you accept for screen printing artwork?

We prefer vector artwork files such as AI, EPS or PDF, as they scale cleanly and produce the best results. High-resolution raster files (PNG, TIFF) can also work depending on the artwork, but we’ll review and optimize each file as part of our proofing process to make sure your design prints accurately.

What does “print ready” artwork mean?

“Print ready” means your artwork has the correct resolution, color separation and format needed for screen printing. We’ll review files after you submit them and provide a proof for approval before production and can help adjust files that need refining so they’re ready for the press.

How long does a screen printing order take?

Turnaround times depend on quantity, colors and complexity, but most screen printing jobs are completed within standard production windows once artwork is approved. Larger runs may take longer, and rush options may be available. Please let us know your timeline when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly.

Can I supply my own garments for screen printing?

Yes, you’re welcome to provide your own garments. We’ll check them for suitability before printing and can guide you on fabric choices and placements to ensure a successful print. Please note we’re not responsible for defects in customer-supplied garments.

Do you help with garment sourcing?

Yes. We can help recommend and source garments that align with your project’s budget, use and finish, ensuring the final product feels cohesive from fabric to print.

What print placements are available with screen printing?

Common placements include front chest, full back, sleeves, left or right chest, and hem or nape prints. Placement options depend on the garment style; we’ll advise what’s feasible and visually optimal once we review your design.

Do you offer color matching?

Yes, we can match specific colors where possible, including Pantone matches. If exact brand colors are critical, let us know when you submit artwork and we’ll plan accordingly.

EMBROIDERY

Got specific questions?

What is the minimum order for embroidery?

Our standard minimum for embroidery is 25 pieces per design. Because each logo requires digitization, setup and calibration before production begins, this threshold ensures we can maintain consistency, efficiency and a clean finish across the entire run. If you’re planning a larger order or ongoing program, we’re happy to discuss options that align with your production needs.

What file format do you need for embroidery?

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) is preferred, but we can work with high-resolution files where needed. All embroidery requires digitization before production.

What is embroidery digitization?

Digitization is the process of converting your logo into a stitch-ready file that instructs the embroidery machine how to sew the design. This step ensures proper stitch direction, density and finish.

How long does embroidery last?

When properly stitched, embroidery is extremely durable. It holds up through repeated wear and washing without cracking or fading like some printed methods.

Can you match my brand colors?

We offer a wide range of thread colors and can match specific brand colors where possible. Let us know if color accuracy is important for your project.

What garments work best for embroidery?

Structured garments like polos, jackets, hoodies and hats work particularly well. Very lightweight or stretchy fabrics may require adjustments. We’ll guide you on the best options.

LASER ENGRAVING

Got specific questions?

What materials can you laser engrave?

We engrave wood, metal, stainless steel, aluminum, acrylic, leather and select coated materials. If you’re unsure whether your item is compatible, send us the details and we’ll confirm.

Is laser engraving permanent?

Yes. Because the laser removes material from the surface, the mark is permanent and will not fade, peel or wash away over time.

What file format do you need for engraving?

Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred for clean line accuracy. High-resolution files may also work depending on the design. We review and optimize artwork before engraving begins.

How detailed can lazer engraving be?

Laser engraving allows for fine detail, especially on smooth materials. The level of detail depends on material type and surface texture - we’ll advise what’s achievable during artwork review.

Can you engrave logos?

Yes. Logos, text, patterns and custom graphics can all be engraved once properly formatted for the process.

Does engraving affect the strength of the material?

When properly calibrated, engraving removes only surface material and does not compromise structural integrity for most standard applications.

What is the minimum order quantity for laser engraving?

For laser engraving, our minimum order is 50 pieces per design. Setup, alignment and material calibration are required before production, and this volume allows us to produce consistent results while keeping turnaround efficient. If you’re working on a higher-volume run or repeat project, reach out with the details and we’ll guide you through the best approach.
